ClearPath Hospice of Wichita is a locally owned and run hospice in Wichita, Kansas Hospice brought together by a group of dedicated hospice professionals who knew there was a better way to serve our community. Having been in business for more than a decade, ClearPath takes great pride in providing personalized hospice and palliative care.

We take care of any patient who has been given a terminal diagnosis with an estimate of 6 months or less to live. Many of the patients we serve have cancer, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), heart failure and end-stage dementia. For the utmost convenience, we provide hospice care within the comfort of their homes whether it be a home residence, an assisted living or a facility.
